「The house was nice and convenient! we stayed in the upper back room and air conditioning was not able to keep you comfortable at night!」

「The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The view of the dunes was exceptional, great all around experience.」

「The staff was wonderful.」

「Love location and ocean views. Comfortable room. Bath lacks towel hanging options. Inconsistent housekeeping with coffee and towel refills.」

「I have been staying at this resort for over 20 years. It used to be a great place to stay for the money. Over the last 5 years it has been going down hill. The prices have skyrocketed even in the off season. The rooms need to be updated. They still have that old carpet in the rooms. The mattress on the bed is really hard and they have these 4 long pillows on the bed that are flat as a pancake. The couch in the room was updated but now the table they still have in the room is very low for the...

「Not a fan of the soap shampoo dispensers. Prefer the bottles. But thats me. Everything else was good」

「Clean room, great breakfast. Quiet. Great beach access. Room could use a paint touch up in spots.」

「MARY Clean stuff. Very friendly」

「Nice large room with a table and 4 chairs plus 1 comfortable chair. Staff came daily to either replace towels and remove trash or ask what we needed if we were in the room. Great location! Easy check in. Would happily return if we’re in the area!」

「Keep in mind, his is an older lace that’s been around since the late 1970’s, however I had had updates. It’s definitely an older no frills place, and was clean and modern furnishings. We checked in and out and never even dealt with a staff person. Seamless. I’ll be back.」

「Something missing from room」

「The Inn was cozy and very clean and neat. The owners were very considerate towards dietary needs and worked hard to make breakfast pleasant and informative. I enjoyed the assistance they gave with both general and detailed knowledge of the local area and history. It was also a very convenient walk to the beach and I appreciate them letting us some beach chairs for the day. We had a very quiet and restful stay.」

「First, the "oceanfront" label is misleading. You cannot see the ocean from this property — and as every beach traveler knows, we pay extra for oceanfront specifically to *see the ocean*. Neither Expedia nor the property's own listings make this clear. They need to be honest about this in their advertising. Second, privacy and security are real concerns. My suite's sliding door opens essentially straight onto the beach with no barrier — I never felt safe leaving it open to hear the waves,...

「My husband and I had an incredible stay. The amenities were great, the resort was beautiful, it’s conveniently super close to any store you may need, staff were friendly, it was clean, it was quiet! 10/10 cannot wait to stay again」
