"Toilet didn’t work. Horrible parking experience. They instructed to park in a garage down the road which closes at midnight so good luck trying to find anywhere to park after midnight. Will definitely not be staying here next time I’m in town. Room was not very clean either"

"Heavy set woman at the front who was insanely rude to me and other customers as if she had personal issues she brought to work that morning, claimed I did not submit a deposit when I already had. Was told by the manager that she is known to have created issues previously. Concerned as to why this incompetent worker was hired to begin with. Got charged over $100 for another individual's bar bill which they were so persistent was not a mistake. Never received an apology for the insane lack of customer service."

"Staff was great and very helpful, parking the car to go check in was a pain, stressful and not a lot of room and line was going out to the street. Hotel was nice inside, didn’t realize there was no microwave in the room which was a bummer and we had to call to figure out if there were blackout curtains because we couldn’t see them or the chain to draw them"

"Prepare to pay astronomically for parking - and for copious "hotel fees" in addition to some mysterious 14% tax on parking. 3 days of parking added over $400 to the bill. The bathtub had several chips in it and the already-annoying half way glass "shower curtain" inexplicably had a hole cut out so that the sink would get soaked during a shower along with the floor at the back. The TV was mounted at a very odd angle downward and could not be viewed from the bed. The illy coffee is one step above 7-11."

"This is my second time staying at this property. I loved it the first time and I loved it even more this time. The room was a good size. The bathroom was clean and up to date. We were on the quieter side this time away from Geary. We didn’t use any of the amenities however my children did use the big chair in the lobby extensively. I also used the water station which was cold and filtered. We ate at Frederick’s several times throughout the stay for breakfast. The food is ok, my only complaint was the staff in the cafe, had they been the slightest bit more friendly, they may have gotten tipped."
