"The airport shuttle was hard to find, the direction was not clear on which gate. The room was pretty clean. The restaurant staffs were great. However, the front desk/ supervisor staff was caught in the act on stealing our money by entering our room even though do not disturb sign was on the door. Be aware that this is not the first time it happened. Upon reading other reviews, other people had the same experience. Do not stay in this hotel!"

"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in! Everything about it was great. We had just one night in Paris for a connecting flight the next day. It’s far from the Eiffel Tower. It is only 18 miles, but at 7:00 at night it took 1 hour and 15 minuets. Coming back at midnight it took 30 minuets. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel. We were very impressed with the food and selection. This was my 4th time in Europe and I have nothing even close to compare it to."

"This hotel is conveniently located for a sleep between flights, but that’s really all it has going for it. The smell in the bathroom was wretched. Seemed like a water pipe issue or something. If we’d been there for anything other than immediate sleep and then an early flight, I would have left and stayed elsewhere. Better than sleeping in seats in the airport. The shuttle to the airport the next morning costs 8 Euros per person, and must be scheduled ahead of time, but that’s was actually the best part of the whole stay. The driver was early, efficient, and helpful with additional information about our gate. Definitely plan to arrive at CDG at least 3 hours ahead of your flight. We did so and barely made our flight. Everything takes a very long time at this airport."
