From the reception team, restaurant staff, housekeepers and management; everyone was top notch and customer focused. The hotel itself is exceptionally maintained coupled with the advantage of having the Metro station just outside the hotel which makes it easier for commuting around the city. The M13 takes you straight to 15 mins walk Eiffel Tower (Saint Denise - Porte De Paris to Invalides Station; just 21 mins on M13). Exceptional and I can’t recommend it enough. We will come again. 😀

Front desk staff was very, very helpful. Late in the evening of our final day, we asked the front desk for something to take for breakfast the next morning because our taxi was scheduled to pick us up before 6am. The front desk prepared a nice bag full of yogurt, croissants & coffee. our friends at a nearby expensive hotel got nothing when they made a similar request.
