「Very nice place to stay and close to the port in New Orleans. Only complaint is the mattress and pillows need replaced. My bed had a huge dent where you could tell someone had been sleeping in the same spot also the pillows were so small and so thin. Prolly won’t be back until the mattresses & pillows are replaced.」

「This is an excellent boutique hotel on St. Charles Avenue with on-site self parking and easy access to the streetcar to move about if you don't feel like walking (the streetcar runs down the center of St. Charles). The front desk staff was friendly (Geoffrey was extremely helpful and attentive.) My only complaint is that the towels in the room seemed a bit worn and not fitting for a higher quality hotel. This is an easy fix -- if they order some new towels. There are many restaurants lining St....

「Good 」

「The team was very responsive and accommodating. It was my first time ever in New Orleans, let alone a unmanned hotel. The experience was cool and I like what they have going on here. If there's an open room whenever I go to New Orleans I'm definitely booking with them. Thank you guys!!」

「Friendly,clean and inviting」

「Carpet in room was dirty in places .. beds /pillows average , had to call for shower wash and shampoo , would not pay more than 200 a night for this property . Parking is 55 a night . Staff were courteous . Did not eat at property .」

「The door to the room we were given was broken so we had to wait until we were moved to an alternative room.」
