This picture perfect waterfront accommodation, perched above Takirau and Huruhi Bays takes in the serene views of the Hauraki Gulf and beyond. A two minute wander down your private track takes you to the waters edge offering safe swimming and a lovely spot to relax in the sun.

The Space:
The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas at Palms on Kennedy Point offer plenty of space and encompass the delightful sea views. Bi-fold doors open the home from the lounge and master bedroom to outdoor seating areas. A second seating area with outdoor shower, BBQ and lovely new spa are on the lower level. The garden, with all its Palms trees, has been featured in the infamous Jesse Dean garden Safari.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed. Bedroom 2 - queen bed. Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds.

Please note: A $240 exit cleaning fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay including beach towels.
Minimum stays: 7 Nights between Christmas and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Rates for for 4 people, a $50 person fee applies for guests over 4. Strictly no parties or gatherings allowed. Pets considered upon request and must be approved in writing prior to arrival.

This Island haven is centrally located close to vineyards, shopping amenities and ferries. Palms on Kennedy Point is the ideal spot for you to enjoy all the Island has to offer and available to book year round.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
