"This was one of the best boutique hotels that I have stayed in. The entire staff is extremely kind and generous, the hotel is beautiful, and the breakfasts are amazing. We had to leave early on our last day and when I asked about taking a small breakfast with us, they offered to pack a full breakfast for us and they did exactly that. My son and I appreciated that so much as we had a long day of travel ahead of us. The location is perfect for getting around the city and for accessing all the amazing transportation options that Bilbao offers. If you’re looking for a large hotel with a gym and other large communal spaces, this is not that, but if you’re looking for an intimate, private – feeling hotel, where they get to know you individually, you should definitely stay here. I can’t recommend it enough."

"We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, especially for a longer visit. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the beach and kitchenette, which was well worth the upgrade. Having a balcony made a big difference—we loved relaxing there each evening and watching the sunset. It was the perfect way to end the day. The only minor downside was the restaurant. We had dinner there one evening. The service was ok, but the food was just average and didn’t quite match the quality we expected. My fish also contained several bones, which was disappointing. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back."
