Enjoyable stay

we really enjoyed our stay, the bnb is just the right space for two or 1 person. Close to the airport so that was great, the host had very good communication

Great Stay Great Host

The location is central to everything the clubs, the nice bars & great attractions. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and there’s a private back patio so bring a chair Host responds and is attentive to anything you need. Would be staying again everytime I come to Atlanta!

Very Nice

I was nervous about staying in Atlanta for the first time, but this property was very secure and safe as it comes with an alarm system and put my mind at ease. It was very nice and for the most part clean. Very close to downtown. Definitely recommend

It’s ok

The neighborhood is very quiet which is good but when I first got there and sat on the couch I noticed old chip bags in stuffed in the side under cushions and there was some trash under the nightstands in the bedroom so it wasn’t the cleanest when I got there but everything else was good.

Area is ran down and sketchy. Place was not cleaned at all. Got there and swept up 4 piles of stuff from even under the beds and couch. Damages done already to the inside before we got there. Mold growing in the shower. Nothing like the pictures.

It was awesome. Like a little hideaway. The only thing I wish would change is having somewhere for smokers to sit outside to smoke since we can't smoke in the house.

Perfect spot

This place was nice, my son and I just used it to shower and sleep. Two twin beds in one room. Looks like the neighborhood is up and coming with remodels. Next to a park. Coffee 404 is a 2 minute drive from here. Coffee is amazing.

Great little spot

Perfect for a single person, couple or small friend group. Decor was lovely, very much appreciated the alarm system. Only suggestion would be for the host to double check that the tv is cleared from the last guest. I encountered some adult material and although I'm pretty open minded, I could only imagine how some more conservative guests may have reacted.

Love love love it

If you're ever looking for a great location, professional host,...then this home will handle all of wants and your desires. They made my 50th birthday wkend truly an time to remember. All I did was asked a question and instantly my wish were their command. The host were fast and efficient and extremely professional. Book, Book Book and I promise you, you will not be disappointed

Neighborhood

The inside was clean. The neighborhood was not what we expected. The area is quite rundown with abandoned houses and lots. When we pulled up there was a gentleman outside one of the other flats rolling what we assime was a joint. We ended up not staying at all because we did not feel safe in the neighborhood. We have been trying to get a refund or even a partial. We expressed this to the owner who told us to call vrbo, who then contacted him and now he seems to be dragging his feet as its been 5 days so far.

Looked the way it was shown and had good access to everything in town. 24 hrs before when I recieved check in information I was informed the microwave didnt work and the walkway was being paved. Okay. Annoying but doable. But we just kept finding things.The fan and light in the living room was broken. The fan in the bedroom was broken. Closet door was off its hinges. Bathroom door didnt properly lock and the shower appeared to be leaking in the wall. Also there were gunshots in the neighborhood. On the second to last night so we kinda just delt with it atbthat point. But not a selling point.
