"Embassy Suites was great. The issues I had was with Expedia not sending my reservation over to the hotel. So we had to talk to what seem like an A.I. generated operator finally canceling our reservation so that we could re book with the hotel itself. Thank you Michael at Embassy Suites and I'm very disappointed with Expedia"

"This property has to be one of the BEST hotels I've stayed in! The room was perfection. There wasn't one speck of dust, prints or smudges in the room! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I was stunned at the massive size of the 55" big screen TV, etc. I could go on and on, seriously, my chin was on the ground and how perfect this place really is!"
