You’ll have easy access to upscale shopping, trendy restaurants, and lively nightlife. Our Buckhead apartment is the perfect stay.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living area. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a perfect space for socializing and relaxing. The living room features cozy seating, a large flat-screen TV, and large windows that allow natural light to flood the space.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Whether you prefer to whip up a quick breakfast or prepare a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has everything you need. The adjacent dining area offers a stylish table with seating for four, ideal for enjoying meals together or hosting a dinner party.

You will be able to park in the garage and open it with the key and you will receive a parking decal sticker!

Due to many concerns with guest going into the office please make sure to read the check in instructions once booked thouroughly as I am available at anytime to assist and don’t want a overflow of people going into the office.

This unit is located in a luxury building. Events and parties are strictly forbidden. We also request that you respect the neighbors and limit excessive noise between 10pm-9am; if we are contacted about a noise complaint you will be charged $300.

Any violation of our house rules will incur a fine per instance and may trigger an immediate termination of reservation.

- If we find out there were pets inside of the unit without notice, you will be charged $150.

- Parties are not allowed. Which will result in $300 fee if there is a party, and depending on damages the charges could be more.

- Smoking is not allowed inside. If we smell smoke after you checkout, you will be charged $500.

Absolutely terrible! Got a message through VRBO 2hours AFTER I already landed in Atlanta saying that they were cancelling my reservation. Not a phone call!! I was panicked on a business trip, I asked where I could stay since I was not from there and owner told me that “she didn’t know, I had to figure that out” However, I have yet to be cancelled in the system.
