When I first arrived the front desk clerk Ms. Clara was the sweetest. My room was very clean and cool when I opened the door. The breakfast was amazingly delicious.

The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. Checkout staff was great. Checkin wasn't good. The person who eventually helped us was watching something on her phones and was more worried about the show than checking me in. Room was terrible. Blood/poop stain on the pullout bed cushion. Dried boogers all over and around the bathroom light switch. What looked like semen or spit on the back of the bathroom door. Trash was under the pullout bed Carpets in the room are in terrible need of a shampoo. The pool had foam/bubbles all over the top. The room was NOT sound insulated at all. We heard people walking and stomping upstairs and thru the hall all night. The rooms just weren't well maintained.

The kitchen and dining areas were spotless The breakfast was excellent every day. We were there 12 Days. They even hosted social nights Tuesdays, and Wednesday nights. Absolutely the best staff ever no matter Day or night. They were very professional and kind. The room was very comfortable and clean. The type of service that entire staff gave throughout our entire stay was exceptional. They All deserve praise. I will never visit another hotel in ATL I found the best one. Can’t wait to go back.
