The room was very good, clean and the devices worked very well. The snacks, tea materials and fruits were provided free which was very useful. The only issue with my stay was the processing of the door code, which was unnecessary very stressful. If you are using the place you are advised to process the door code several days in advance and listen to the supplied instructions and get clarifications several days in advance.

The house on Haygood was well maintained, very clean, with a good bed and bath. I was the only guest for my two-night stay, which I enjoyed because I came for a quiet place to finish a work assignment. There are numerous TV's, so if other guests were in the house using the screens it may not have been so quiet. Parking is ample and the neighborhood is nothing to brag about but I didn't mind it. One night, during a torrential rain, the ceiling leaked badly, with water all over the kitchen counter and floor. Management apologized for the inconvenience. What was disturbing was the email I received after making my non-refundable reservation. It's tone was rude and demanding, using lots of exclamation points! to state things that are forbidden on the property! and stating "Don't show up at the door!" unless you have completed all the advance paperwork! Had I seen that notice first I would not have reserved. Documentation required, including making an $85 deposit, required a lot of digital uploading and was time consuming. I felt like I was signing a lease. Text communications--the only way to reach management--were sometimes courteous and coherent, but sometimes the language was a barely decipherable, a scrambled mess--not helpful when trying to complete all the digital uploading. The code pad on the front door is very finicky--it took me a long time fumbling at the door to finally master just the right touch to open. Cameras outside and probably inside, too, so be aware.

It was clean, but not so great on the media portion, my wifi worked well, but no functioning television set in my room. Alecia was kind and explained to use the one outside the room, but again, just not as personal. She gifted us with foods for breakfast, free filtered water, and chips and such. However we were asked to not cook which surprised me. Figured I would have access to the kitchen fully. It was a good place to stay and was cool!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist gut. Man ist 12 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt und 20 Autominuten von Downtown. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier. Ich kann Alecia B&B auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This property was inside an old converted church and it was remodeled beautifully. The hard wood floors were polished and buttery smooth. The room was nice and quiet with great ceiling fans. Nice big walk-in shower and bathroom. Plenty of street parking. The common area was really well-stocked with food, snacks, kitchen supplies, and many other amenities. We especially enjoyed the muffins and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches! Several big comfortable couches and great lighting and ceiling fans invited us to relax in the common area. There were so many little touches that clearly show how much the property manager cares for their property and the guests (even ear plugs in the bathroom). The neighborhood was nice and quiet and set behind the main drag. Although some of the surrounding streets seemed a bit sketchy, and is perhaps an area in transition, there were plenty of cameras and security measures in place so it never felt uncomfortable. It was the perfect location for an easy 10-15 minute Lyft/Uber ride into downtown for our convention. We would absolutely stay again!

The owner is one of the nicest people I've met, so considerate and kind. The place I stayed at was the most cleanest place too. The amenities are great, they had snacks restocked everytime. Whenever and whatever you would need, it was there. It's a quiet area and not far from Town either. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and I'm usually very picky too.
