The Space:
This wonderful space is equipped with 2 King beds, 2 Full bathrooms, a 50” smart tv in both bedrooms plus a 65” smart TV in the living room to tackle all of your in home comfort & entertainment needs. There is also a Keurig available for my caffeine lovers. The washer & Dryer can be located in the unit as well as an iron & ironing board. The space is equipped w/ a full balcony in order to get the best view of the Sunset. There are also amenities available with the space including a full Gym, Pool, Grill, Courtyard, & Rooftop Lounge located on the 11th floor.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment &

If you have any further concerns or issues during your stay, you’ll be provided w/ direct access to the host for immediate accommodation

COMMUNITY RULES The Community Rules apply to all guests and visitors. Please make sure to read in detail as violation of any community rules may result in forfeiture of reservation.

NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including all balconies, courtyards, rooftops, and any other outdoor spaces. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Noise complaints or unruly behavior may result in full forfeiture of reservation.

QUIET HOURS are to be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. local time.

NO PETS. Pets of Airbnb guests are not permitted at any time. Service animals are permitted if documentation is provided to the host and verified by building management.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS. Only guests listed in the Airbnb reservation are allowed onsite. The number of Guests per reservation may not exceed: Two Bedroom - Five Persons.

Amenities: Your Host will provide access information to any available amenity spaces. You must abide by all posted hours, rules and regulations.

FREE PARKING AVAILABLE: If your stay allows you to use Community parking, your Host will provide information and access. You must abide by all posted rules and signage relating to Community parking. Your vehicle may be booted or towed if it is parked in violation of rules and signage or in an unauthorized location.

The Community Staff cannot provide keys or access devices. If you have any questions or issues related to building or unit access, these must be resolved by contacting your Host or Airbnb. All questions related to your stay must be directed to your Host. Luggage and belongings may not be stored onsite before or after a reservation.
