"This hotel seems to have been upgraded. Fabulous brand new room with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a stunning view of the Harbour. The only thing I would recommend is duvet covers and fitted sheets, as they make the beds with only flat sheets, but it seems most hotels are doing this as of late. The staff was Fabulous, check in experience was amazing, thanks to front desk for being so pleasant to us after a very long harrowing drive through wildfires. The pool and hot tub were so nice as well and an amazing view. We booked another night we love it so much:)"

"Wonderful stay from check-in to checkout. The apartment was spotless and quiet, the online staff were so welcoming, and the location made everything easy. Highly recommend! It's one of the best hotels we have stayed in when it comes to clean and fresh and comfortable. The only thing to note, like in many big cities, you want to be mindful (Chinatown, Vancouver) of your surroundings. Walkable to everything downtown, fully equipped kitchen area, towels were stellar, clean modern room at large, and excellent value! Overall, a lovely boutique hotel and very friendly and helpful staff - provided replies on all inquiries and a seamless arrival and departure. Exceeded our expectations! Think this hotel is a gem and underrated!"

"This classically beautiful hotel made for both a luxurious and convenient stay while on a group trip to Vancouver for a race. We especially appreciated the pool, spa, in-room soaking tubs, and on-site convenience store. The views from our rooms were exceptional. My only two minor complaints are that the Nespresso machine in my room didn't work and wasn't replaced when requested (I was luckily next to friends who let me use theirs); and the mini-fridges don't allow for guests to chill anything of their own (like leftovers or drinks purchased downstairs)."

"The reviews I read were not very flattering so I took a chance. Managed to get a room facing the back much quieter The Waldorf has a long history and should not be forgotten yet embraced. PNE used to have a parade and thats where all the pipers went. The staff are locals and down to earth and legitimately want your stay to be a pleasant one. Howe brewery is pleasant and staff there are great as well! Yes there is some unhoused and people that are struggling but they mind their own space and can even be very helpful."
