アストリアのアパート

「There were a few disappointments. The door to one of the bedrooms was coming off its top hinge. The stairs up from the parking area need to be cleaned and fixed. The railing was not completely attached at the top. The blinds to the back porch were damaged with half the blinds missing. There was old candy under the couch. The controls for the ceiling fans were out of reach for us.Having said all that, we liked the handy location. Everything was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the view...

「Loved location」

「If you enjoy a well restored classic, vintage place this is it. The location was perfect for walking. Close by are shops, dining, and attractions such as museums. The interior is very well done as that it kept all of the charm without sacrificing comfort. The kitchen is cozy with everything anyone could need to make a meal. A sitting room is a pleasant space to relax if traveling with other people. I told my husband I would buy this place in a heartbeat. A lovely experience.」

「Great communication from Maria. Nicely stocked.」

「This property was perfectly located and very comfortable for a family of four. The listing doesn’t specifically say that it has water views, but the photo showing the river out the front window is outdated and misleading- it should be removed from the listing.」

「We enjoyed the historic apartment, location, ease of communication with the owner.」

「Great walking location. Jacob was very thoughtful. Could use a good cleaning ! Apt. on right especially grumpy.」
