「We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. Bus is evey hour....

「Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste. 「I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel.」

「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Mary Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber und es gab viel Platz. Das Highlight war ein gratis Zimmer Upgrade und am Ende des Aufenthalts haben wir Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung geschenkt bekommen. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Strand und rundherum gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Ein großes Danke und Lob an das Mary Team, vor allem Maria und Sofie an der Rezeption. 「Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...

「We had a fantastic stay at this lovely small hotel with amazing staff. It is located about 3K from Rethymnon old town making it a quieter location for a peaceful holiday, but there are still plenty of good eateries and shops near by and a taxi into town is 12 euro. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It’s right on the beach and boasts 3 pools (one of which is indoors). There are more sun loungers than guests so you will always find somewhere to soak up the sun whenever you venture...

Das einzig Positive waren die freundlichen Mitarbeiter vom Housekeeping und im Restaurant. Die Zimmer wirkten nur oberflächlich sauber, waren aber in Wirklichkeit schmutzig. Das Badezimmer unseres Zimmers war voller Schimmel – absolut inakzeptabel. Unser Zimmer hatte außerdem einen privaten Pool, der ebenfalls schmutzig war und offensichtlich nicht regelmäßig...
