「We have just returned from our sixth stay, and once again we had such a wonderful time. From the delicious food and beautiful facilities to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our stay special. You can really feel that the entire team cares about making guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The only thing that didn’t cooperate this time was the weather, but despite that, we had an excellent and relaxing time. After visiting six times, I think that says...

「Nice and modern hotel, room was amazing. It stormed all day so didn’t really get to use pool etc.」

「You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright, spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....

「Ein tolles Hotel mit unglaublich nettem Personal. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist grandios!」

「We stayed with 8 and 7 years old kids. Good access to the sandy beach. Our kids enjoyed a lot and they also caught some crabs. Pool facility is excellent. There are many pools and water sliders should be fun for all the ages. Main restaurant serve the different varieties of foods everyday. Quality is good enough. We recommend for all the families. 」

Schade.」

「Anlage in einwandfreiem Zustand. Essen könnte besser sein.」

「The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.」

「Air conditioning did not work in mid-May but I think it’s because the season is early. It probably will work in June. Breakfast was simple but good. Pool was very nice. Room had a TV which was nice but the bathroom felt really outdated and always smelled like chlorine for some reason. Balcony was really nice. 」

「Very friendly and very nice pace right in the heart of the city!」
