「レシムノからシティバスで10分くらいの場所にありビーチへは徒歩1分でスーパーも近くにありとても便利です。スタッフもとてもフレンドリー！今回は一人旅で滞在したんですがキッチンも付いてるし近くにレストランもあるしかなりのんびり自由に過ごせました。」

「Hôtel très bien placé dans rethymnon, autant pour une balade en ville que pour la plage. Les chambres sont propres et le ménage est fait tous les jours. La literie est de bonne qualité. La petite kitchenette est pratique si on n’a pas forcément envie d’aller au restaurant ni de payer pour le petit déjeuner. Des places de parking gratuites autour de l’hôtel mais il faut faire preuve de patience selon l’heure. Les petits moins : - la climatisation n’est que dans la chambre, pas dans l’espace...

「Nice and clean hotel. The biggest benefit is good location and free sunbeds. Pool area is also nice and clean. In September it was not crowded at all. Good selection of food for breakfast. In person it looks a little less fancy then on the pictures, but the discrepancy wasn’t too big. Also some of the power sockets in our room didn’t work.」

「The Old Distillery Suites was absolutely wonderful in terms of accommodation and a very helpful and friendly host. The apartment is modern and roomy with nice light and a gorgeous balcony. We enjoyed that balcony for morning coffee and evening wine. We made use of the washing machine which came with instructions. The location is close to the beach area and we spent time walking around the harbor and enjoying all the lovely restaurants. There is a cafe right outside the entrance and shops...

「One of the reasons we selected this property was because the listing said parking was included. This was not the case. We arrived and double parked on the street while asking where the parking was, and the person at the front desk was shocked we thought there was parking. They were helpful and directed us to a nearby lot with free parking that was otherwise full but we were fortunate to pull up just as someone else was leaving. We were able to park our car there for free for 2 nights without...

「Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.」
