"This was our second stay at villa Sevos and it has been fully renovated since our last visit in September 22. We loved it before but it's even better now, clean and modern throughout with huge windows to make the most of the stunning views. The morning visits from the peacocks who live at the farm across the way were a highlight of each day. The staff are just as lovely as we remembered from last time and couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place...

The location near the town is great (make sure to have a car!) and still close enough to Heraklion. There were plenty of beds and the layout of the houses/villas was great for a large group. "Very secluded location. Villa worked well for us as a party of 16 as it is laid out as 4 separate apartments. Villa owner very helpful and allowed us to set up a communal kitchen. During our stay the owner responded promptly to any request e.g. repair of basketball hoop for the kids! Plenty of supermarkets in nearby Perama. Good beaches within 20-30 minutes drive. Would recommend at least a day in Rethymno - water sports and Old Town."

"This villa is just as shown in the pictures. It’s located in a small village with well stocked supermarkets and a couple of tavernas all within easy walking distance from the villa. About 15 minutes drive to Rethymno or 30 minutes to the South coast. The management company we’re excellent and easily contactable via WhatsApp or on the house phone. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this lovely villa."

"We loved the stay here. The villas we stayed in was nicely sized, had all the amenities we needed. short walk to the nearby beach. others can access it but villas had their own lounge chairs with key. Main pool only open 5pm and later but each unit has a pool if needed. honestly, ocean is so much better as the water is clear and temperature perfect. few restaurants in walking distance. store just a short 2 minutes drive. central location about hour to chania, 90 minutes to south side. "

"This was our second stay at Samitos though we have stayed at the sister villa Idi several times. Refurbished by the family whose parents and grandparents originally owned and lived there the layout and decor retains all the rustic charm but provides every possible modern comfort and convenience. The villa is spotless and is maintained by the housekeeper who lives on site. Mrs Rumy ( the housekeeper ) provides a personal cooking service if required and her dishes reflect all the local produce...

"The villa is very new, extremely well furnished and very well maintained. It’s also extremely comfortable and modern with lots of amenities. Cleaners came every 3 days. For any questions we had about the villa or a problem, the owner was on it straightaway. Just a few mins drive to the main town of Bali, with lots of tavernas, restaurants, mini markets and great beaches. All in all we had a great holiday at the villa and loved Bali.
