「Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, überwiegend freundliches Personal.
Leider sind viele Zimmer der Straße zugewandt und diese ist laut und stark befahren.
Angeblich haben die Zimmer Schallschutzfenster. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen.」

「Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
Breakfast was superb, cereals, cooked breakfast, pastries, jams, nuts, continental breakfast as well, fresh orange juice, choice of hot beverages.

「I had a nice and peaceful time at this lovely hotel. The room was modern and had a relaxing aura to it. The raised hot tub was the highlight of the room. The air conditioning was a plus, and I loved the natural light coming in through the large windows. My particular room didn't have a view, but having access to a communal balcony was a great perk. 「Die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft im Haus sind super. Bei der Auswahl und Reservierung von Restaurants im Ort bzw. in der Umgebung wurde sehr hilfsbereit Unterstützung angeboten. Auch die Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung waren super hilfreich. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer kann ich nur empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.」
