VILLA COSETTA - ASOLO AREA

Located close to the village of Asolo in the Veneto area of Italy, Villa Cosetta is modern villa with a private swimming pool and lovely panoramic views of the countryside. The villa sits in a quiet, hill-top location just an hour’s drive from Venice and within walking distance (20 minutes) of Asolo, where you can find artisan shops, restaurants, and sightseeing attractions. There are many hiking, biking, and horse-riding opportunities in the area and the art cities of Treviso, Padova, and Venice are within easy reach by car.

Villa Cosetta (300 sqm) develops over three levels and is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. It is surrounded by 12 acres of land and is accessed through an electric gate. There is a gardener who maintains the house and grounds, and behind the villa is another house that belongs to the same owner, but no one lives there.

The entrance on the ground floor leads into a large open-plan living room with a sitting area (with a working fireplace and comfortable seating) and a dining area (with table for 8). You will also find a well-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

A staircase (16 steps) leads to the first floor, where you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed), one bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer).
The master bedroom (with double bed) is on the second floor (15 steps) and has direct access to a private terrace and to the rear upper garden. Its ensuite bathroom features a Vincenza stone bath and a separate shower.

The three double beds each have two mattresses that can be fitted with separate linens.

Outside, you will find a large terrace with a lounge area (with tables, chairs and umbrellas), a shady outdoor dining area and a swimming pool which is illuminated by outdoor lighting at night (8m x 2m; depth 1.5m; open May - October; heated upon request). The pool is not gated so children between 1 and 7 years old are not admitted.

The following services can be provided on request (and paid for on the spot): extra maid service, cook service, additional linen, driver, airport, or station transfer. The is also a caretaker who can organize light lunches or arrange dinners (for a fee and paid to her directly).
