"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

"Check in was terrible n the host was not around as promised. Suite was very dirty, shower was broken, bidet was leaking,, cockroach was all over the place n small insects, smoke smell n smoke buds in the garbage can. No toilet paper, no shampoo as it said when we booked the property. I would not recommend anyone to this property. I was not happy at all. What it showed in the picture when we booked was nothing like that when we checked in."

"The location of this place was so convenient, with shops and restaurants just downstairs and it's an easy pickup and drop off point for Grab rides to other destinations in the city. The apartment is fine, as described, just a bit spartan in furnishings and not hotel-grade linens and towels. Basic but good. "

"Location is great and plenty to do around. Swimming pool is massive. Host is very attentive and responsive as they have multiple units in the same building. "

"Pire expérience avec expedia: ils ont vendu le service puis ont passé la main à vrbo. Nous n'avons jamais eu accès à l'appartement et les coordonnées fournis pour rejoindre matahari suites étaient inexactes! Après de multiples appels autant chez expedia que chez vrbo, ceux-ci concluent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire et que c'est moi qui doit contacter le propriétaire de l,immeuble en Malaisie pour remboursement!!! Bref, aucun recours. J'ai donc perdu 600$ cad dans l'histoire et eux s'en...

"Fantastic location and view! Just right next too the twin towers. High security and safety. Very good sized appartment with large kitchen, table and two bathrooms with showers! The agent was extremly helpfull and flexiable as well. You really get alot for your money! I stayed for 2 nights, but I would stay longer if I could. Highly recommended!"
