「The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. 「All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. 「Receptionist at check in very competent, unfortunately the hotel its self is looking tired and could do with a total revamp. Carpets threadbare, door frames and skirtings require painting. Many scuffs and chips, Bathroom floor tiles broken, general atmosphere within the sitting areas was souless, bar area never seemed to be open. Bed an pillows very comfy tho.」

「I did request a set of clean towels which I never got ??? My view from my room 129 of the air conditioning vents is not what I really expected. other than that all was good.」

「Room was ok but breakfast was a big let down in quality and . Breakfast started at 7am and was cooked to order leaving little time to eat before leaving for my flight. Didn’t have fresh eggs , just fake scrambled egg (yuk). 」
