"This was our second time staying at The Honey bear cabin and will stay again without hesitation. The cabin is in a perfect location and in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to town. The host has made every effort for their guest’s comfort including a well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and nice linens. Beds are comfortable. The cabin was very clean and smelled fresh. In fact they had decorated for Christmas, so that was such a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed the festive lights each night. If you’re looking for a lovely, clean, and well maintained cabin this is it! Book the Honey bear! "

"Fantastic week. Great home - the views are fabulous. Comfortable, cozy, and well stocked for guests. Close to town, yet very private. Lansing Creeper Trail is a good place for an easy walk. We went multiple times. Nice to see downtown Lansing coming back after the hurricane. West Jefferson downtown is full of great shopping and good food. Overall, this VRBO is an awesome choice. We will be back. "

"What a great place to stay! It was a little big for our family of 4 but was in an ideal location for us. Close to town but private as well. Can’t wait to come back with friends! We took our street legal UTV and rode everywhere. Even up to VA and a few state parks. We will be coming back with friends and family next time. "

"We were iffy about booking related to mixed reviews but we found our room quite clean and comfortable. I spray everything in our motel rooms down with Lysol anyway , just a habit developed during Covid and do it even when we stay at the Hampton. Spent one night for my birthday, then drove 30 minutes to eat breakfast at Daniel Boone Inn . Location was great with several fast food restaurants, Ingles and a Dollar General walkable if forget any essentials. Will stay again. "

"The cabin is exactly as described! So cute and it has everything you will need. We wanted to be in downtown West Jefferson so the location was perfect. We had a little hiccup checking in but our host handled the issue quickly. Even called us personally. Excellent customer service!!!! "
