"Very happy with every aspect of my stay. The reception staff were firstclass ,professional, welcoming, and efficient, got me into my preferred room with no hassle at all. Check-out was equally quick and convenient.The housekeeping staff also deserve recognition for keeping the hotel spotless. My room was clean, fresh, and newly refurbished, I thoroughly enjoyed my four day stay. Breakfast was excellent, with numerous options to choose from, and the ample free parking was a real bonus. I would gladly stay here again."

"We had such a wonderful stay at The Stone House! Nicole, our host, could not have been sweeter. She greeted us when we arrived, offered to help with our bags, showed us around, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. She also recommended The Vault Social House for dinner—an absolute hidden gem and one of those local recommendations we never would have found on our own! The Stone House was lovely, but Nicole's hospitality really made the stay special. Warm, welcoming, and personal—exactly what you hope to find while traveling. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Cottage was private, well designed, and beautifully decorated. Absolutely gorgeous location. Not perfect if you have mobility issues as the dock is down quite a few stairs and has a steep ramp. Swimming was great but beware that the Winnipeg river has a bit of current and if you are boating you will have to be creative with gas as there are few marinas with public gas pumps on the river. We moored our boat in Kenora. Overall a great destination. Would absolutely recommend it."

Walls are quite thin, may not be able to count on sleeping in. Could hear kids laughing at 9am in another room loud enough to make it sound like they were in the same room. Or perhaps they were in the shared entrance area and it was a doorway sound proofing.issue, either way it was disruptive."
