「The beds were comfortable and it fit my family of 5 (grown kids) well. It was conveniently located near a station. Walkable neighborhood with access to convenient stores and restaurants. We stayed in December and it was cold. There were room heaters but it still was pretty cold in the house. Otherwise it worked well. Nothing glamorous but functional. Thanks for the nice stay. 」

「Property is in great location, handy to local station, laundromat, grocery store and other shops. House clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay in Tokyo. Our host Kevin was fantastic, he really looked after us. Very quick to respond to our questions and very knowledgeable and friendly.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area 」

We mainly used the house just for sleeping as we were out the door each morning by 8 to start our adventures and didn't return until later in the evening. House has everything you'd need for cooking and overall living but these were things that we didn't use.
