"Holiday Inn Express at Downtown Greenville, NC. It was a great pleasure to stay at this Holiday Inn Express in Greenville, SC from Thursday, December 25, to Monday, December 29, 2025. The location was very quiet, clean, and within walking distance to downtown. The best thing for my reasons of staying was I-385 right off the highway from this hotel. The room was very comfortable (especially the bed) and clean. Amenities: they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower, and hand soap, lotion at the sink. Hot water available when showering every time! The complimentary breakfast was good, fresh, and plentiful. They have pancakes instead of waffles, better and way easier to make.The staff I interacted with during the stay was Nathaniel and Brooklyn, who were awesome! Nathaniel welcomed not just myself but other folks attending the same convention. His character, his smile, his concern to help us: warming and appreciated! Brooklyn went out of her way to accommodate me, basically saving me time I did not have that morning. This was indeed the BEST HOLIDAY INN & Suite I’ve ever stayed at! The 24-hour coffee bar and hot water station for tea… awesome! I will return when I’m in that area! Just FYI: There is a restaurant called the Genza Buffet on Woodruff right off I-385. It is Buffet Heaven! Taxes included $21.53. I went on that Sunday! The bar is unbelievable and it was stocked! All you can eat seafood, crab legs included ( sushi although I don’t eat that me"

"A lovely townhouse tastefully decorated and well equipped for long stays. The location was close to downtown, but not too close as to be noisy. The shared parking lot with a coffee shop and a seafood restaurant was convenient. We appreciated the newness and working order of all appliances and fixtures and the tv's in two bedrooms. The large rooms and bathrooms were a bonus as well. Three floors and stairs for Seniors could have been a challenge but even my 88 yr old mom did well with them due to sturdy hand rail. "
