「The first day, we had no hot water. It was a major inconvenience since I could not shower before work and cold water shave was very painful. But they made good on their promise credit that night back. I do think they could’ve been more timely and getting the boiler repaired since it went down in the late evening of the day that I checked in and the service man didn’t come until mid morning the next day.」
