"Good location, clean room. Front desk clerk not a good representative of the brand. Before 8 am, breakfast offerings had run out over an hour before breakfast hours. When asked when food would be replenished, desk clerk ( who was eating herself) never looked up from her reading material and simply said, “we ran out”. No sorry, no apology, no gives a damn. She got hers, so who cares. Sounds harsh, but that was the way it came across. Not a way to make anyone want to come back or form brand loyalty."

Would not budge. I paid 379.00 on Expedia. Hotel charged my credit card 575.00!! Do I need to warn people that they are at risk using Expedia??!! I’m a Hilton Honors member. I sure would have just used their website had I known."
