「Breakfast was good, we arrived on a Sunday (omelette bar on website does not state that this is only Wednesday-Friday), so we did not get to indulge. Beds were VERY comfortable in our suite, room was spotless. All staff I talked to were very nice. I was a bit concerned that Hyatt House does have homeless living in the hotel. Where we live, this spells crime and trouble. As far as I am aware, there were no incidents, but I would not let kids roam about. In fact, one of the gentlemen living there...

「I am not sure how long this hotel has existed in Brentwood but it looked brandnew. The room, lobby, parking area, breakfast area and gym were all exceptionally clean. Very safe area.
