Cozy 3-Bedroom Cabin in Charming Arnold with WiFi, AC, Pac-Man Machine

Come relax in this charming cabin located in Blue Lake Springs HOA. With just minutes to Murphys, California, Big Trees State, Moaning Caverns, and Big Bear Ski Resort, you will never run out of things to do! The HOA features lake access, a community center, pool and a calendar full of activities. The whole family can enjoy. The cabin offers many amenities to accommodate families and activities. We can’t wait to host you!

The Space
The 1320-square-foot cabin is private, cozy, and comfortable. There are two bedrooms on the main floor (one with a queen bed and the other with a California king), a full bath, and a large sleeping room upstairs with three twin beds and a second full bath. With an upstairs living room and a downstairs family room, this is the perfect cabin for families with kids or adults who want plenty of space. The cabin features hardwood floors, a stocked kitchen, a wood stove, and a large deck.

Firewood, including fire starters, is provided. Split cooling units and fans are available for summer months. The cabin also has many board games, puzzles, and books. There is high-speed internet and Comcast streaming service with all the apps available for login. The cabin comfortably sleeps seven in beds, with two twin blow-up mattresses available for extra sleepers. Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are included.

Well-behaved pets are allowed for an additional $50. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and please do not leave them unsecured when you’re away. The yard is not fenced.

Guest access
Guests have access to the cabin and outside yard space. There is a flat driveway with room for about three cars and additional parking off the side of the road for 4 additional cars. Access to the Blue Lake Springs Lodge facilities, including a pool, summer kids' activities, a swimming lake, lodge and workout area, Snowflake Lodge private lake, Fly-In Acres private lake, private lodge restaurant, games, and BBQ area (tennis, pickleball, badminton, chess, and basketball courts) is available for an additional fee.

For free swimming, check out White Pines Lake in Arnold, Sourgrass (a cool day-use area 25 minutes away), or Lake Alpine (45 minutes away).

Located in Arnold's desirable Blue Lake Springs area, our cabin offers many amenities: a pool, two private lakes, a restaurant, and a playground. We provide a paddleboard, two kayaks, inflatables, noodles, and sand/lake toys. It's five minutes to White Pines Lake and Arnold Rim Hiking Trail.
