The bartender Russ was phenomenal. The service at the front desk was excellent.

It was just ok. Maybe Pittsburgh needs to get a Ritz or Four Seasons.

Not sure if it's the hotel or Expedia but there was an option for parking at $9 when booking the room so I chose that. After the reservation was complete, I got the auto-response from the hotel in Expedia chat message. That message said parking was $25. But I assumed since I chose the option when booking, there was a discount. When I checked out after my stay, the attendant gave me a receipt for parking at $28! When I told the attendant I paid for parking during the reservation, they said there was nothing they could do and would have to take it up with Expedia. I contacted Expedia who said they would contact the hotel to sort things out and gave me a bogus case # to reference. I've heard nothing else from anyone about it and for peace of mind, I've let it go. But it's bogus and if I were you, I'd stay somewhere else or definitely don't choose the parking option when booking with Expedia. Also, the parking here is nice in that's it's close to the hotel but there is nowhere to park on the street and you can't get into the parking without your room key. So you can probably envision what this process looks like...
