Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway in Arecibo, Puerto Rico! Just a short walk to the ocean, this property includes a main house with a second guest house that is available to book also (Lane Oceanview Villa - Casita) perfect for families or groups. Enjoy free parking, outdoor shower, and a backyard movie projector for nights under the stars. Relax, explore, and experience the best of Puerto Rico’s north coast!

The main house includes 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, with a shared backyard and outdoor dining area that’s also accessible to the guest house. Both homes can be booked together, but are never rented to separate parties, ensuring privacy and peace of mind. We also have backup power to keep you comfortable during Puerto Rico’s famous power outages!
• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability & housekeeping and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guest overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs.
• No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited in or on the property. Violations of the smoking/vaping policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
• Illegal Activities Prohibited: Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms or drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors: These are in place in the property, any tampering or disabling of device will incur a $250 fine.
• Keys: Lost keys or failure to return keys to lock box will result in a $200 fine.
• Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to customer service and or our property representatives. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest and reported to the booking platform.
• Bathroom use: No “flushable” or feminine hygiene products are to be flushed. Clogged plumbing and repairs will be charged to the guest if anything other than toilet paper and natural waste are flushed.
• Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees.
• Consumable Amenities: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, propane for flat-top grill are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed during their stay.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily.
• Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order and available, such as A/C or the Washer & Dryer. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests. There will be no refund for movie projector issues/failures or over consumption of backup power.
• Outdoor Furniture & Beach Essentials: Outdoor furniture is not to be removed from the property. Guests are provided with beach towels, chairs and a cooler that must be returned to the property after use. Failure to return beach essentials to the property will incur additional charges.
• Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or providing technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.

• Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

The stay was very cozy. Although cleanliness spin arrival could have been better. I had to clean the bathroom as it looked very used but above all we were very pleased!
