"Clean room & comfortable bed & pillows. Once upon a time it was a hi-end hotel, but they are revamping it & some of those rooms are updated beautifully. A visitor that we met there Chanylu shared her great experience about the hotel prior to hurricane Maria & even married there a few years ago. Staff was accommodating. Especially Cynthia & Juan. BF was okay. It would be best to call directly to request exactly what you’re looking for ex. Floor, bed/s. groups etc"

"The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the ocean, being in the back yard was amazing to swim in and just sit and watch the waves.Everyone had a great week, relaxing, reading, beachcombing, and conversing with each other. (We don't all live near each other at home).Iza was amazing. She was available to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our vacation, the house and Iza. It was all beyond fabulous.Thanks for everything."

"We did not stay at the property. The door lock was damaged and could be opened easily. The bed was dirty, with stains on the sheets and pillows. The pool did not exist—it had no water and was extremely dirty. You should verify the properties listed on your platform, as situations like this damage your reputation."

"The House matched exactly the description! 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, one bathroom and a beautiful open space kitchen. I'm very happy with the decor and the surrounding.The pool is astonishing, the water is clean, warm and the lights at night time on the patio and pool area makes the place look like a dream.I'm very satisfied of our 4 day stay there.The hosts were also very friendly, and they would give us fresh eggs from their garden for breakfastThis house made our stay in Peurto Rico worth it and smooth sailing!"
