"This place was budget friendly and convenient because it is close to UF Health Shands ,the bed was comfortable . The room was nice and cool . In my opinion the breakfast was not that great .The service and staff was friendly . There was alot of noise and we weren't able to get much sleep . It is the first hotel that when we first checked in ask for a $100 deposit and started sending text messages and emails on the day of check out first thing in the morning . I have stayed in more expensive hotels and never had this happen . "

"The room was fairly clean but pretty bare bone. The toilets were “green ecology’ and had very inadequate flushing, worse than other green toilets I’ve used. Poor choice of TV channels so bring your IPads. Staff were all lovely."
