「Appartement conforme à l’annonce, très propre, bien placé par rapport aux pistes avec vue sur la station mais sans grande vue sur la montagne. Très bonne literie, très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très réactive quand aux besoins que nous avons. Je conseille cet appartement pour des vacances aux arcs 1800」

The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」

「Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel.
