"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."

"We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel… we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed That is our only complaint… every thing was great at this hotel… loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony "

The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls.
