"What an experience! Sebastian and Sylvie could not have been accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We were so very well taken care of and as it is winter and we were the only ones staying that night, they showed us each of the unique 5 suites they offered. "This was,a,quick two night stay. Our host was incredible accommodating. The room was clean and well furnished. The bed could have been more comfortable for us, but that is always a personal preference. Breakfast was very nice both mornings. Valarie provided very helpful guidance on getting around town and things to see and do."

"A comfortable stay for three nights. We received an email prior to our stay advising of transport options to the guest house! This was very much appreciated and helped so much in reducing the stress of arriving in a new country and not knowing where you are going! We had a warm welcome from the proprietor on the Saturday morning so that we could leave our bags! We were offered coffee and cakes and shown a map of the town and advised about restaurants and places to visit during our stay. Our room...

"Beautiful guest house in Bordeaux. Fabrice was delightful, very helpful and kind. The room was gorgeous, clean with kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher. A great establishment where you can come and go as you please. Fabrice was kind enough to allow us to leave our cases there on our last day due to late flights. Would stay here again."

"We stayed here for a few days around a rugby world cup match, and it was a really lovely start to our trip. The chateau is beautiful and so peaceful - perfect for when you want to retreat from the chaos! The bedrooms are spacious and so well made up, and we were provided with evaporative cooling fans in the room to help with the heatwave. As it's more remote, you will need to travel a little for lunch and dinner, but it's absolutely worth it for such a unique stay."

"Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. On the advert it said dogs allowed but when we arrived we weren’t given the room advertised as there was a carpet on the floor. We were taken to an outside room which was very tired and old fashioned. We only stayed one night although booked for two. Probably much better in summer. The breakfast was very good but the dining room smelt very musty. Madame was very sweet - the hotel had been run by her parents for thirty years. It needs a little updating"
