「One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. 「Very beautiful and historic. The property and the town. A bit enchanting. Nice boutique, locally owned shops. Fees like you stepped back in time. The room in the courtyard, Courtyard Double, was huge. It had a kitchenette type area with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator, sitting area with a decanter of cream sherry, gas fire place. When you step outside, there is a beautiful view of delamater house and Fall foliage. Stunning. Breakfast was a few steps away. Quaint breakfast bldg....

「It's a simple place with a good bed and shower, which I got. It It's a convenient location from restaurants and markets. The road is busy but I was too tired to be annoyed.」

「I like the camper idea but before someone stay in the unit have to make sure everything is perfect! because isn’t cheap.」

「Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited.」

「The breakfast could have been better.」

「I was here one 1x night and it was exactly what I needed . Took an uber and slept like a Queen .」

「It’s an older property, in the shower, the tub creaked, the door creaked, lots of sounds you can hear during the night. For low budget, it is what you’d expect.」

「We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as...

「Our stay at the Rhinecliff Hotel was great! The view is amazing and the hotel was wonderful. Our room was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we needed (hair dryer, steamer, extra towels, etc.). Checking in and out of the hotel was so easy. Would definitely stay here again!」

「I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...
