「My stay at this property was very disappointing. The breakfast was not fresh and they were out of basic items like utensils and syrup cups. The staff was rude and came across as condescending during interactions. The entire hotel had a strong smell of marijuana, which made the environment uncomfortable. 「The room was very clean and the property was well-kept. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lacking with no drink options except for coffee - a little attention to the breakfast would make this a better stop. But, we slept well!」

「Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

「The place is nice enough and since it’s really the only thing that works for me when I want to do a couple night stay in Mauldin, I’ll continue to stay there. The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. So you go up to your room then have to go back down for coffee, cups, bar soap, towels, etc. And the water/snacks they have are absolutely outrageously expensive with absolutely no prices listed anywhere so when you...
