「Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card...

「This place was amazing. Very cozy, had plenty of extra throw blankets and nice towels. Has a Keurig with coffee and creamer. Owner was very responsive when we had questions and we will definently be staying again for our next ball tourney at JB Owens!! Highly recommend!! Thank you for a very comfortable like home stay!!」
