「Your rooms pillows were awful- I had a very tough time falling asleep due to the most uncomfortable pillows and awoke with painful neck cramp.」

「Overall great stay! We notified them in advance twice we had a dog coming with and would be arriving close to midnight, and was told no problem, and that all buildings were dog friendly except 1. When we arrived we found out they put us in the 1 non dog friendly building on accident - but it was so late at night they were in really accommodating given it was their mistake in the room assignments. They let us stay in there and even provided a written note confirming it was ok. I would definitely...

This hotel caused my relocation to Key Largo to be rescheduled by 2 months. Costing me an additional 2000.00 dollars. More importantly my time and peace of mind in addition to my SAFETY. I WOULD...

The male staff member on duty came to the room and fixed the toilet, but he did not say a single word throughout the interaction and appeared visibly annoyed. After fixing it, he left the room without saying anything. I found this very uncomfortable and disappointing. The problem was not caused by me, and I do not...

「When I asked the front to call the taxi for me, they gave me the telephone number of the taxi company. I hoped they could call a taxi for me instead of giving me the number. Other hotels usually have the call taxi service.」
