「The toilet in my room kept running and eventually stopped flushing. I first tried calling the front desk, but no one answered for about 15 minutes, so I went downstairs in person.

「The experience at Extended Stay America in Bloomington Illinois was nothing less than A NIGHTMARE FROM HELL. Staff walking in room unauthorized and unjustified. Staff members lied, cussed at me,gave my personal information to a third party and threatened suicide while I was on a call with local police. This hotel caused my relocation to Key Largo to be rescheduled by 2 months. Costing me an additional 2000.00 dollars. More importantly my time and peace of mind in addition to my SAFETY. I WOULD...

「They over charged us for our pet stay but it was fine... we enjoyed ourselves would have e stayed longer if the pet fees weren't so bad.. you expect those tunes of fee for high end .. they shouldn't have a pet deposit considering where they are and the crime rate in the spot alone & the scary parts surrounding but that shouldn't turn you down from staying」

「The room had baby roaches in the shower in the bathroom, I killed one with a tissue box on the wall. Everything I brought had to be taken back to my car for the night and I just grabbed what I needed when I needed it. The staff was nonexistent. I had to call a number and they ran from across the parking lot upon checking in. I wasn’t in my room really but 30 seconds and came back around 2 AM and seeing how horrible it was. The trim on the floor fell off right when I walked by it. There were...

「Overall great stay! We notified them in advance twice we had a dog coming with and would be arriving close to midnight, and was told no problem, and that all buildings were dog friendly except 1. When we arrived we found out they put us in the 1 non dog friendly building on accident - but it was so late at night they were in really accommodating given it was their mistake in the room assignments. They let us stay in there and even provided a written note confirming it was ok. I would definitely...
