Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. Superior stay!!!
This unit is perfect. We had a later check in, everything was exactly as stated plus plus plus. Our bed was so comfortable there was adjustable features for my husband who is mildly disabled. The washroom OMG amazing walk in shower was HUGE, all the amenities you could ask for. We had asked for a few extras, Alison accommodated as she was able an all around great hostess. Thank you for making our first trip to Alaska a memorable one.

A great place to stay. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, spacious, quiet, well equipped and conveniently located a short distance from the airport and downtown Anchorage. The host (Alison) was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great Find
This is a great property for 2 people. Super comfy. It was our 1st night in AK after a grueling 18 hour day of travel. Super easy to find and only a few minutes from the airport. Only 5 mins from walmart and other places to shop. We never heard anyone above us and that made for a great nights sleep. You absolutely cannot beat the price of this place. Truly a great find.

Straight from the airport to this lovely home. Only spent the night but your host has this unit warmly decorated and resplendent with delicious treats. There is nothing lacking here and is exactly as pictured. Wish we could have stayed longer but our adventures awaited.

Fantastic Suite
My stay was just too short to fully be able to appreciate this suite! I thought it was a great size and layout, I kick myself that i didnt book another night here. The adjustable bed was a treat and super comfy, nice big bathroom and shower, great living room area with all that natural light from the windows, and a great sized kitchen area. The little touches of having snacks and other supplies on hand was so thoughtful. I would love to come back and stay if I make it up here again! Perfect location to soak up Alaska before heading home. Right at the mouth of Turnagain Arm and quick access to Potter Marsh is the perfect send off back home.

Perfect Spot for a Quick Stay
This is the perfect spot for a stopover in Anchorage. Lots of nice touches that make the space feel warm and inviting. Great host and location. I felt very comfortable here. Since it is attached to the owner-occupied space there is occasional noise from the floor above, which is just something to be aware of if you’re acclimating to a big time difference while traveling. I will be staying here again next time I’m going through Anchorage!

The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. The host very kind individual and we would love to stay again.

Clean, quiet, restful sleep on good bed. Enjoyed Potter’s Marsh nearby. Well stocked kitchen and delicious chocolates to welcome us. Would recommend.

Nice place for a little getaway
Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed it. Our host did an amazing job. There is a binder that contains wonderful information about the the unit and the area. I had never stayed at owner occupied rental so I was hesitant, however would gladly stay again. We were very comfortable. I noticed in one review that they reported hearing footsteps from the upper floor. With a second floor this does happen when have you stay in a hotel you hear footsteps as well. Did not bother us at all .all and was not interrutptice

Great Stay Near Anchorage
We wanted a stay near to the airport since we arrived so late, and this place was perfect! It was very comfortable, and it was very spacious. They had great amenities, including snacks. The owner was a great communicator and even let me know I left an item behind. I highly recommend staying here.
