I made a request for a family trip, and they were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious, with a Japanese home-cooked meal. It's connected to the amico mall on the second floor.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay for my time in Tokushima. Great location with the hotel across the bus plaza from the station. The public bath/onsen was the highlight. Perfect for relaxing after long stays outside. Breakfast buffet had a good variety.

Excellent location just minutes from the train station and bus lines. Lot's of excellent eating locations within 10-15 min walking. Very nice public bath on the top floor with natural spring water. There are two wings, East and West. The rooms in the original wing (West, I believe) are getting a bit dated but still quite decent. A couple of proximate restaurants also offer a 10% discount if you show your room key. This is a very slightly higher-end business style hotel and great value. Recommended.

Best stay in JR Tokushima area

Really enjoyed my stay at Sunroute— 2nd time; was here last year also. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Even though their English isn’t great, we could easily communicate through Google Translate and they are always looking to help. Love the hot spring that is free for guests!

Spacious room, incredibly convenient with a convenience store on the ground floor and a direct passageway to the Amico shopping centre next door. Very accessible, literal steps from Tokushima station and the bus bay. Breakfast is not included, but lots of dining options nearby. Highly recommend the basement floor of Amico for their fresh and affordable sushi and sashimi. Would definitely stay again for future trips to Tokushima.

This is an excellent higher end business hotel with a very nice onsen. Right across from the JR Station and lot's of shopping and eating options. Our room was in the East Tower which had its own private entrance which is more convenient than entering via the hotel lobby. Recommended.
