「We chose Airport Cottage House mainly because it was close to the airport, but it turned out to be so much more than a convenient overnight stay. The house was amazing—extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated by the owner’s daughter. It had a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. "There is no front desk, and you enter the property yourself using the instructions provided by the staff. It is a unique and interesting way to enter! At first, I struggled to figure out how far to turn the key in the dark, but once I got used to it, it was easy. The property is clean and spacious. We used an extra bed, but one of its legs was apparently not properly positioned, and the bed suddenly tilted once. Fortunately, there were no further problems while sleeping. The property offers free airport transfers, either by taxi or shared shuttle. Shared shuttles may arrive about 10 minutes late because they may pick up guests from other hotels first. Since they have your flight details, there should be enough time to catch your flight, so there is no need to worry. Some guests whose pickup was scheduled 30 minutes before ours were also waiting, but their taxi had not arrived by the time we left. It may simply have been slightly delayed, so I recommend allowing some extra time. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the Expedia chat is very useful for communication. There is a Greek grill restaurant and a market nearby that are open until late, so finding food at night is easy. We were a little nervous while waiting for the taxi, but apart from that, we had no complaints. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay!"
