Booked for a night as we transited between Heraklion, Athens and Singapore. Everything went smoothly and we got clear concise instructions on how to access our room as there is no onsite reception. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was one small problem with a leak in the hot water tank but it would not stop me from staying again. The shuttle to and from the airport was absolutely wonderful. Seamless pick up both ways and it was so nice not to have to navigate transportation after landing. I would recommend for a place close to the airport and a quick stay over to catch another plane. Was perfect for what we needed.
