This hotel was a nice surprise. We booked it just to be close to the airport for a morning flight, which is probably the main reason most people would choose this location. The surrounding area feels a little sketchy, but the hotel itself is secure with a locked gate and locked entrance. Once inside, we were really surprised to find a top-notch room with a really comfortable bed, a balcony, Nespresso maker and a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us! We were only there to sleep, but it would have been fine if we needed to stay in for an evening and slow morning.
The hotel is very close to the airport but it is in a very noisy location. There is not much around so it’s good for a quick night before or after flight. There is no staff and it is all automated. Limited amenities. The ceilings are very low, feels a little claustrophobic. It would be good but it is too expensive for what it offers. Good breakfast and very clean (new).
The room and facilities are brand new. Everything was extremely clean and fresh. The breakfast was good and the ladies downstairs were extremely nice and welcoming.
The directions were clear and concise, and the location is perfect – close to the airport and beach.
The facility needs signs or directions as to the location of the entry and designated parking lot.
If you arrive early, be prepared to wait. There’s no receptionist or luggage storage, and access to the property and your room is through a code they send you.
Check-in is at 2 p.m. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and called to ask about early check-in. They accommodated us at 1 p.m., which we appreciated. I’d recommend planning your arrival around the scheduled check-in time.
The area is noisy, so I wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers. However, it’s close to the airport, which is very convenient. It worked well enough for our one-night stay, but the check-in arrangements and noise are worth considering.
