場所は最高です。
中央駅から4番か9番か14番のトラムに乗って3駅目、レンブラント広場で下車。目の前にホテルがあります。どこへ行くにも便利な場所です。朝食をつけませんでしたが、数多くの飲食店があるエリアで、食事の場所には困りませんでした。フロントは日本でいう2階、自分の部屋は3階で、急な階段を上る必要があり、スーツケースを持って上る時は怖かったです。部屋は狭く、ぎりぎりスーツケースを開くことができる程度でしたが、レンブラント広場に面していて景色は良かったです。ホテル代の高いアムステルダムにおいて、このホテルの価格は「専用バスルーム」となる下限かと思いますが、実際にバスルームは「あるだけありがたい」といった簡素なものでした。バスタブにお湯をためることはできませんでした。シャワーの圧力は非常に弱いです。少し下水のニオイが気になる時もありました。冷蔵庫は大きく、自分で買ってきた飲みものを入れることもできました。ポットがないのは残念でした。隣りか上の階かは分かりませんが、足音が響いてきて気になりました。スタッフは親切で、チェックイン、チェックアウトはとてもスムーズでした。実際に利用はしませんでしたが、4番のトラムで1駅南に行った場所にコインランドリー（Bejo Laundry）がありました。

町の中心部にあって、便利なホテルではあるが、異常気象で暖かったためもあって蚊が発生していたものの何も対処されていなかった。窓の構造が悪くて夜遅くまで下の階のレストランの騒音が聞こえてうるさかった。

立地重視ならよい
トラムの駅が目の前で、便利だった。中央駅へは、徒歩だと20分ほど。 いろんなところへ徒歩で行けるのがよかった。スタッフの対応もよかった。 階段がかなり急で踏み場も少なく危険だったが、スタッフなどが助けてくれて、ありがたかった。 しかし、お風呂洗面所はとても清潔とはいえず、使いづらい上に、使いたくないほどの状態だった。ベッドのライトはつかなかったし、夜中まで、どこかの店の音楽が漏れてきて、眠れない時はきつかった。

一人旅、若いカップル向けのホテルです。
従業員の対応がとても素晴らしかった。 階段が急なのはアムステルダムの住宅事情を考えれば想定の範囲内。 部屋にトイレとお風呂は無いけれど、洗面台があったので、手を洗ったり、歯を磨いたり、身支度を整えることが出来た。 初めてオランダに降り立って、駅からHotelを探して歩いている時も、比較的簡単に見つけることができた。

部屋の外に鳩が住み付き不衛生
部屋の外に数羽の鳩が住み付き糞や抜け毛が散乱している。窓を開けないと暑いし、開けると気持ち悪い。反対側（広場に面している）には投宿していませんが、多分夜遅くまで騒がしいと思います。

間違えました
予約した部屋にトイレもシャワーもなく、タオルも枕カバーも長い期間交換していないせいか、色がグレーでした。

立地は最高。ホテルが古いので、それを楽しむか否かは自分次第。
所在地は、観光もショッピングもできるエリアにあり、近くにアルバートハイン（スーパー）が遅くまで営業しているので、買い出しにも便利です。近くにバーがたくさんあるので、遅くまでうるさいくらいに賑やかです。ホテルの屋上でタバコを吸えるのですが、なんともレトロな感じで、僕が宿泊した日には、ドイツ人の若者が持ち込んだコンロでパスタをゆでながら、ハイネケンを片手に街並みを楽しんでいました。仕事用というよりも、ちょい宿なんでしょうね。ただ、、、。古いホテルなので、エレベーターもないし、荷物は自分で運ばなくちゃいけないし、シャワーが熱くない。。。こういうのも含めてレトロなんでしょうね。

便利ではありますが。
所在地はトラムの駅もすぐ近く、色々な場所へのアクセスもよく大変便利です。それなりの値段でしたが、シャワー、トイレは共同（清潔度は許容範囲内でしたが）であったという点はマイナスポイントでした。朝食が１０ユーロでしたが、内容から考えると少し高すぎではないかと思われました。従業員の皆さんはとても親切で明るい方達でした。

私の部屋が共同トイレがとなりでわるかったので 他の部屋はわからない。 アムステルダムにしては値段が安いのでしょうがないのかもしれない。

It's cheap due to the age of the rooms, they could do with some maintenance. No lift so you need to carry large bags up steap steps. Location is awesome.

The bed is small (1.5 places). The room could be cleaner. The hotel is well located for all trips by walk. The quality/price ratio is not really good : too expensive for such a room.

Nice location and great price but smelled bad.
It was a nice hotel in a great location for the price, but there was an awful smell coming from my sink and when I asked about it, they just told me to open a window.

O hotel é muito bem localizado numa praça muito movimentada, o que também ocasiona muito barulho até tarde da noite. Mas o quarto é muito pequeno e apertado e cama de casal mal cabem duas pessoas. Na verdade a cama é péssima. O banheiro ok.

Rätt så bekvämt att bo på.
Det funkade väldigt bra, men wifi och tvn var inte så bra. Badrummet kunde varit bättre städat och låset behövdes fixas.

Great location! However, the wifi was unusable in the bedroom and lobby. Also, there was a leak in our bathroom sink, which meant that our bathroom floor was wet and cold during our entire stay. Other than that, the location made up for the terrible amenities.

Carpet very worn out, dirty faucets in bathrooms. Over all, the hotel is dirty, worn out & out dated. Eateries below very noisy, people yelling & loud music all night long. People smoking by the front door. People talking loudly in the hall way & slamming doors all night long. Not very enjoyable stay. Front desk staffs are friendly & helpful. I will not stay there again.

Wrong room
My initial room was great, but it turned out that the afternoon after I checked in I returned there and my key no longer worked. I had apparently been given the wrong room the previous evening and had to pack up and relocate two floors up where the room was not as pleasant and had a faint offensive odour.

Its ok for few days
The hotel is only good for a few days, I would say that it needs to have air conditioning and a microwave, give more than one room key to the Customers since not everyone stays at the hotel.

Tired hotel on noisy square
Staff are lovely and helpful. Our room, 9, was right above the square which is busy day and night, our broken window catch meant we could not close it properly. The room and furniture is old and worn as is the bathroom with rust around the mirror etc and a sink too small to use.

We had a great stay and a wonderful upgrade. They carried our bags to our room for us as the stairs were alot! Great location, lots to walk to, transit right across the street. Only downside was its busy outside untill 3 am almost every night and hard to sleep with the windows closed with no ac.

Er zijn veel trappen. Het is een oud pand. Je moest het toilet en douche delen met iemand anders. Daarnaast was het ontbijtbuffet koud. Dat was jammer. De locatie is wel goed bereikbaar, met openbaar vervoer.

Excelente localização e atendimento muito amigável
A experiência foi sensacional, apesar ser um pouco barulhento por estar muito bem localizado, consegui trabalhar fora com os clientes e realizar happy hours a poucos metros do hotel e na hora de descansar só fechar a janela, mas depende um pouco de cada um essa questão do barulho versus descanso. Eu amei.

Great location, basic hotel.
Great location, friendly staff, very helpful. If you have a large suitcase be mindful there's no lift and the stairs are steep.

Not the best but works
The place is nicely located. You have many places around the hotel to eat or hang out, and a few shops. If you can't deal well with the noise, you should ask for a room located not in the front flank of the hotel. The rooms are so-so. The beds were not too bad. The staff was nice. We had a situation with the couple staying next door and they were been extremely noisy.
