When I am in a hotel booked for 4 people, I expect to see 4 towels in the room plus enough shampoo/conditioner… the klinex box was left there empty. 「Sign by dining room listed its hours of operation for all 3 daily meals, but when we came by for dinner well within the listed time frame, there was literally nobody around anywhere. There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for...

「We were visiting family close by so Tiffany’s was very convenient. She has all of the amenities required in the kitchen and having stayed at many places that’s now always the case. I especially liked that we were able to use her Netflix account to watch a movie. She was quick to respond when we had an issue. 」
